Maribel is a lifelong learner and an advocate for the dissemination of Behavior Analysis. She also desires to support individuals with exceptional needs enhancing their quality of life and integration into society.

Maribel has more than 14 years of experience in Special Education; She resided in the United Arab Emirates for almost a decade to continuously practice and enhance her Special Education and coaching skills. Maribel is proficient in virtual coaching, program development, curriculum design, and implementation. She has strong observational skills to objectively defining an organization or an individual’s weakest repertoires while implementing evidence-based techniques to manipulate environmental variables to stimulate team collaboration, learning competencies for naïve learners who need guidance to improve independence.

Maribel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, an ACE provider, and a certified CLM (Competent Learner Model) coach who utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis to guide all her clients to develop their functional skills and promote generative responding and independence.

Additionally, Maribel enjoys collaborating with other disciplines with common goals. She loves to join the design research team to practice her UX/UI skills while incorporating her expertise. Maribel also loves traveling while providing workshops at the same time. Kenya, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka were some of the countries she visited to conduct training. She also continues to reach out and organize training and seminars for less privileged families, schools, and communities.

Maribel considers herself a visionary who joyfully sees a brighter future. She firmly believes that nothing is impossible when everything is done with love and passion. To empower, encourage, and inspire people, these are some of the things that motivate her to do what she does.

Maribel provides services to organizations, institutions, families, and individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders, including intervention in the home, community-based, or school setting. She also provides training to those who would like to learn more about Behavior Analysis.

John Tyron Nanad
Spatial Design Consultant

John Tyrone Nanad has been passionate about teaching ever since he finished his studies in 1999.

Although educated and trained as an Architect, Tyrone has been providing his time partially in teaching architecture to young aspiring individuals. From learning computer-aided design to theories, his passion for educating has always been a part of his professional improvement.

He obtained units in Master of Architecture that specializes in the design of the built environment. He has done researches to help improve how people be behave based on how a certain place is designed.

He has more than 20 years of professional practice in the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, and Singapore. He started his career in 1999 by working on projects focused on the development of the built environment. He, later on, he moved to the United Arab Emirates in 2006 to continue his practice. It was in this region where he got the opportunity to be involved in projects of magnitude scale ranging from residential to high-rise mixed-use developments. He subsequently went to Singapore in 2009 and has been involved in multifaceted projects locally and overseas. His involvement is of various phases from schematic design, design development, and project management.

Tyrone became a Philippine licensed architect in 2001. He has also taught at the School of Design and Arts of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, Manila.

Engr. Elmer Anthony Castillo
Technical Support Specialist

Elmer is a certified and duly licensed Electronics Engineer granted by the Professional Regulation Commission of the Philippines (PRC), with a specialization in Industrial Automation and Systems Controls.

Knowledgeable with PYTHON, LINUX (Forces Vehicle Software), CURTIS motor controller, BMS (Battery Management System), Network Switches (SCALANCE-Siemens), ELV Electronic Devices, SCADA, C++, PLC, HMI, VFD, Altium Designer, WinFrac, MATLAB, AutoCAD and Windows Offices Tools.

Elmer is an advocate for individuals with disabilities and cultural diversity. He enjoys learning new things while sharing his knowledge, and competencies to help others.

Naomi Madridano
Intake and Billing Coordinator

Naomi has good interpersonal skills, detailed-oriented, quality-focused professional billing specialist with seven years of experience in a Healthcare environment, demonstrating strong clerical management skills and substantial medical coding knowledge. She currently works at an outpatient Imaging Facility in California that provides cost-efficient and advanced diagnostic imaging services. She has been in the company’s servitude for 17 years since 2003, administered an active company vast database of patient and insurance information, encrypt medical charges using the ICD-10 coding system. Naomi practices good work ethics and always willing to train and mentor new team members using her expertise. She works collaboratively, ensuring that the team will have an efficient office workflow to have an exceptional outcome.

During Naomi’s free time, she enjoys helping others by volunteering and always supporting the community. She also likes hiking and spending time with family and friends.

Naomi believes that “the happiest people are not those who are getting more, rather those people who are usually giving more.”

 Arvin Daniel Liwanag

Arvin is an advocate for individuals with disabilities. He has good knowledge of behavior analysis, and he applies this science in the business industry.  He previously worked as an Administrative Officer in the United Arab Emirates and has more than six years of experience.

Arvin also has adept expertise in data management systems and project coordination. He is currently completing his Postbaccalaureate course in business management and plans on working towards his MBA.

Arvin usually uses his spare time to assist in organizing events. As a volunteer, he uses this opportunity to apply and practice his knowledge about e-commerce. Arvin manages social media, digital marketing, and promotion.

Desiree Jayakody

Desiree Jayakody is a homestay mom of dutch origin, living in Sri Lanka for 13 years. She spends her day with her 19-year-old son with autism, with whom she is homeschooling. Like any other mother, she wants to help her son to reach his full potential.

Through numerous hours of self-study, she has learned a lot about different therapies, educational and (bio)medical, which can help children on the spectrum improve their lives.

Her passion is helping and educating other parents with kids on the spectrum. Her mission for the future is to create a safe environment for a small group of young adults on the Autism spectrum who will live and work together with the necessary support of specialized professionals and volunteers.

Marsha has an amazing people connection. She is an advocate of helping people with special needs and challenges. She is known for her exemplary dedication to being a service provider—Therapist, Educator, and Mentor in the Philippines, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, and Canada.

She is a licensed Physical Therapist from the Philippines with an equivalent degree in Canada. She is a certified Child Development Assistant. She is a Registered Behavior Technician under the supervision of Maribel Stikeleather. She has recently completed an Administrative Professional diploma from Campbell College, Edmonton.

Marsha is motivated by learning. She plans to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Her next plan is to start an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) learning center providing service to the local community.

Marsha is a firm believer in sharing her skills and blessings. She is a residents’ volunteer at a senior home in Edmonton and Behavior Training and Solutions (BTS) online events.

Anna Marie Galay, BCABA

Marie grew up in Northern Cotabato and immigrated to California in 2001. She works with individuals with developmental disabilities and at times mental health diagnoses for over 19 years. She received her MA in Teaching with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University in  San Jose, California in 2010. She currently provides behavioral services in various community care facilities that provide residential services to children and adults who engage in extremely challenging behaviors in the Bay Area. Her primary task is to assess, develop and train staff to implement behavior support plans in order to assist their clients to decrease challenging behaviors and increase replacement behaviors.  Prior to her work as a behavior analyst, she worked as a certified administrator managing and running multiple community care facilities for children and adults from 2001 to 2010.
