Vanessa started off her journey after college in 2008. After being an assistant teacher in a progressive school, she began to have a passion in working with very young children. Vanessa has been in the field of Behaviour Analysis for the past 12 years. She had experience working in the Philippines, Dubai, and currently in Australia. Vanessa worked alongside the therapy and teaching team to develop individual behaviour plans and create a strategy to support children engaging in classroom programs and helping them transition to mainstream. She also conducts assessments, parent training, and behaviour skills training. Vanessa received her certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA) in 2020. She is looking forward to developing further her behaviour analytic skills and experience in ABA. Vanessa is looking into pursuing Masters in ABA and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Vanessa has a strong approach to teamwork, which promotes successful relationships with families. She particularly loves working with children from 2-5 years of age. Vanessa is passionate about teaching and supporting children to achieve their full potential.
