My name is Sarah Selvaggi Hernandez, and I am a proud Deaf Autistic occupational therapist and passionate neurodiversity advocate based in the United States. It has been an honor to collaborate with Behavioral Teaching Solutions (BTS) on numerous projects that celebrate and center autism and neurodiversity.

Through these partnerships, I have gained a deeper appreciation for the expansive field of behavioral science, thanks to Belle and the incredible BTS community. Together, we have envisioned a world where behavioral and occupational supports foster genuine connection and authentic development.

For many years, I’ve cherished the shared commitment to advocacy with BTS, rooted in affirming every individual’s inherent worth and their right to belonging in our beautifully neurodiverse world. I am excited to continue building opportunities across nations, inspiring international efforts in autism diplomacy that champion Neurodiversity at the heart of these conversations.
