Behavioral Teaching Solutions (BTS) has provided intensive ABA training locally and internationally using a semi inter-teaching framework and via synchronous online training with a 100% RBT exam passing rate. The training meets the Board Analyst Certification Board (BACB) requirements in becoming internationally recognized registered behavior technicians.

Presently, Behavioral Teaching Solutions (BTS) is an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) provider and authorized to be a provider of Type II continuing education (CE) by the Board Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and Qualified Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board(QABA).

Presently, our program director is an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) provider and authorized to be a provider of Learning continuing education (CE) by the Board Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and Qualified Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board(QABA).

Behavioral Teaching Solutions (BTS) also is a verified course sequence provider (abai.org) and a coursework provider by QABA (https://qababoard.com).

We provide scholarships for pursuant who meet the criteria and would like to be part of our customized intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) certificate programs. These programs are available for those who are seeking to learn more about the science of human behavior. Our team supports the Local certification, introduction to ABA (Level I), or international certification as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or as Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) (Level II), and QABA’S Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisors or BACB’s Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (Level III).

Requirements

Level I Practitioner20 hours

Junior Behavior Technician

  • At least 18 years old
  • Pass criminal background check
  • Elementary or high school level.
  • At least two years of professional experience using applied behavior analysis

Level II-A Practitioner40 hours

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

  • At least 18 years old
  • Hold a high school diploma or the equivalent
  • Pass criminal background check
  • At least has two years of professional experience using applied behavior analysis

Level II-B Practitioner40 hours

Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)

  • At least 18 years old
  • Hold a high school diploma or the equivalent
  • Pass criminal background check
  • At least has two years of professional experience using applied behavior analysis

Level III-A Practitioner188 hours

QABA’S Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor

Level III-B Practitioners255 hours

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst® (BCaBA®)

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Pass criminal background check.

  • At least has two years of professional experience using applied behavior analysis.
  • BCaBA 5th Edition Task List Course Content (https://www.bacb.com/bcaba/)
  • Our course sequence meets the BACB’s coursework eligibility requirements. Our Verified Course Sequence (VCS) has a time-limited waiver for coursework to be provided outside of a university and have a modified coordinator qualification (no full-time faculty status) until December 31, 2022.

For Level I and II practitioners, the curriculum is a 20 to 40-hour intensive training that covers items on the latest RBT Task List (BACB) and ABAT requirements (QABA).

For Level III practitioners, the curriculum is a 188-hour of intensive training that covers items on the latest QASP-S scope (QABA) or a 225-hour post-graduate course verified by the ABA- International (abai.org) as meeting the coursework eligibility requirements for certification to becoming Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) under the Fifth Edition Task list of the BACB standards. Each coursework is offered and must be taken and completed sequentially within three months.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the Credential

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) is a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Professionals who are certified at the BCBA level are independent practitioners who provide behavior-analytic services. In addition, BCBAs supervise the work of Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.

Ethics and Discipline

BCBAs must abide by the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.

Supervision

BCBAs who wish to provide supervision must complete additional training and continuing education requirements.

Note:

Individuals who hold the BCBA credential should be considered as having met and exceeded standards for the BCaBA and RBT credentials. Individuals who hold the BCaBA credential should be considered as having met and exceeded standards for the RBT credential. However, individuals holding a BACB credential should represent themselves using only the credential(s) awarded to them by the BACB.

Obtaining BCaBA or BCBA Certification

Our course sequence meets the BACB’s coursework eligibility requirements. Our Verified Course Sequence (VCS) has a time-limited waiver for coursework to be provided outside of a university and have a modified coordinator qualification (no full-time faculty status) until December 31, 2022.

Applicants for BCaBA or BCBA certification must meet one of three sets of eligibility requirements.

Maintaining BCBA Certification

BCBAs are required to recertify, acquire continuing education, and comply with the BACB’s ethics requirements.

Doctoral Designation (BCBA-D)

BCBAs who are current in their certification may acquire an additional designation if they have a doctoral-level degree that meets qualifications.
