Quality and Effectiveness

BTS training components are developed and designed based on the BACB 5th edition task list and other  evidence based research. The intensive training is delivered through a series of interactive online  sessions with active participant responding and real life application as practitioners. Immediate feedback  will be provided to all participants using the “teach – model – lead – test” approach.

Trainers, facilitators, and assessors have expertise in skill assessment, handling severe problem  behaviors, and professional crisis management for more than 14 years.

Advisors are experimental psychologists, board-certified behavior analysts, and design researchers who have outstanding contributions in the field of behavior analysis and other disciplines.

Accomplishments

In 2013, the team started providing intensive ABA training and some pro bono seminars and workshops mainly to parents and educators in the Philippines, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and Africa. At least 30-50 participants attended these workshops who were all keen to learn about Applied Behavior Analysis to establish and strengthen their skills as effective ABA implementers with their children, students, and colleagues.

BTS has provided intensive ABA training locally and internationally using a semi inter-teaching framework and via synchronous online training with a 100% RBT exam passing rate. The training meets the Board Analyst Certification Board (BACB) requirements in becoming internationally recognized behavior technicians. Presently, BTS is an ACE (CEU) provider and authorized to be a provider of Type II continuing education (CE) by the Board Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and Qualified Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board(QABA). BTS also is a verified course sequence provider (abai.org) and a coursework provider (https://qababoard.com).

BTS provides scholarships for individuals who meet the criteria and would like to attend our intensive ABA certificate programs. These programs are available for those who are seeking local certification (Level I) or international certification as behavior technicians (Level II) QABA’S Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor (Level III), and as at the bachelor’s level (Level III).
